A voucher for one of our Hands-on days or demonstrations. This can be purchased now for use at any time in the next twelve months.
Vouchers are of three kinds:
‘Star’ chef * hands-on day £165
Hands-on day £125
Demonstrations £49
* Star’ chefs are David Adlard, Tom Kerridge, Aiden Byrne and Roger Hickman all of whom have headed or are now heading Michelin starred restaurants. Not all ‘Star’ dates have yet been confirmed, but vouchers purchased for one of these chefs will be refunded in full if the course date, when confirmed, is unsuitable.

What a great experience making puddings with Alison Yetman. Especially loved being able to watch and then have a go. Just great I can now make Creme Brulee, Frangipane tart and chocolate Nemesis – something I would have never dared until today. Thank you for a lovely lunch with wine and all the family enjoyed the delights which I brought home.
