The David Adlard Cookery School, which opened its doors on March 16th with a full-house for David’s ‘hands-on’ day entitled “Adlards Classic Recipes”, has enjoyed a busy first term. We’ve also held courses, both ‘hands-on’ and demonstrations, by Alison Yetman, Andy Parle, Mary Kemp, Jamie Guy and Aiden Byrne which have all taken place at The Walpole Arms in Itteringham, near Aylsham. We have also taken our cookery school to Norwich School to demonstrate to the PTA, and held individually designed courses for private parties.

David Adlard needs little introduction: a long-time holder of a Michelin Star at his former Norwich restaurant, a winner of the Glenfiddich Food Writer of the Year, he is the doyen of Norfolk chefs.

With his team of top guest chefs, invited in conjunction with former MasterChef producer Richard Bryan, the school offers both ‘hands-on’ courses and ‘watch and eat’ demonstrations in all aspects of contemporary cookery.
