Dear Brian
I am very sorry that when we upgraded our software your query became hidden and has only just re-emerged. I hope that you are now enjoying your time in Norfolk. If you have another look at our website you will find a Wine Club page which details the types of courses we are proposing and asks you feedback from those who might be interested. Clearly not relevant to you this visit, but perhaps on your next.
Apologies once again for the delay in getting back to you, but in any event we have postponed our July course.

I saw on your site that there will be a wine tasting day in July, is it possible for you to send me some more information about this as and when it becomes available? I will be up in Norfolk that month and it might make a nice treat for my wife and I!
