Accidents and losses
Kitchens can be dangerous places. The majority of all accidents are either a slip or trip, so extra attention and care needs to be given. Our floors, at some time or another, will be washed due to spillages and general traffic, and can be quite slippery. Rubber soles are essential. However even with trainers one can still slip if the floor is a little greasy. We ask that you be aware of these dangers when you walk through our course kitchens and take the utmost care.
Although every effort will be taken to look after you during your time at the school, we cannot be responsible for any injury incurred or loss or damage to your property whilst you are with us.
Cancellations
For cancellations of bookings made more than 28 days before the course date an alternative course within twelve months may be selected. For cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the course date no exchange or refund will be made.
The school will postpone or cancel any course which has less than six students booked onto it seven days prior to the course date.
